I wanted to share a recent mixtape that my boy Danny Dance out in Salt Lake City put together. Danny’s an up and coming house dj who is doing big things all over the place! In addition to countless clubs and day events, he also has a weekly radio show on Utahfm.org every Tuesday night from 8pm - 11pm PT. With the debut of his first mixtape album, This Is Where I’m At, the Miami-bred, Salt Lake City-based DJ/dancer takes listeners and dancers through four 15-minute journeys to the deep (”Better”; “Mercyless”) and upbeat (”Darlin”); the classic (”Swimming Religion”; “Push The Feeling On”) and melodic (”Circles”; “Into My Life”); the underground (”I’ll Never Be The Same”) and club-friendly (”Cause I’m A Woman”; “Starting Over”), and his trademarks, the soulful (”Time and Time Again”; “Heaven”) and unapologetically funky (”Where Would You Be”).
